Cristiano joined Dynamo in 1994. He has 30 years’ investment experience and is one of the founding members of Dynamo Administração de Recursos. He has been co-portfolio manager of the Dynamo Fund since 2014. Cristiano graduated from Candido Mendes University with a BA in Economics. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish.
Giovanni Rivano
Analyst, Partner
Giovanni joined Dynamo Capital in 2010. He has 19 years’ investment experience and previously worked at Lehman Brothers/ Nomura and Cambridge Associates. Giovanni graduated from Bocconi University with an MA in Economics & Finance, from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business with an MBA, and is a CFA Charterholder. He is fluent in Italian, English, French, and intermediate Portuguese.
Raffaele Tatullo
Data Scientist, Partner
Raffaele joined Dynamo Capital in 2018. He has 6 years’ investment experience. He previously worked as a data analyst at Radisson Hotels. Raffaele graduated from the University of Padova with an MSc in Aerospace Engineering and an MA in Innovation Engineering. He is fluent in Italian and English.
Ben Thompson
Analyst
Ben joined Zeno Equity Partners in 2024. He has 4 years’ investment experience and previously worked as an investment analyst at T. Rowe Price. Ben graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc in Economics and Politics, and from London Business School with a Masters in Finance. He is fluent in English.
Alex Millar
Operations Analyst, Partner
Alex joined Zeno in 2024. He previously worked as a finance analyst at Coller Capital and as an audit associate at Azets, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became an ACA Charterholder. Alex graduated from the University of St Andrews with an MA in Management and Italian, and from the London School of Economics with an MSc in Management. He is fluent in English and Italian, and is also proficient in French.
Ines Ventura
Operations Analyst
Ines joined Zeno Equity Partners in 2025. She has 4 years of experience in auditing financial services and asset management. Prior to joining Zeno, she worked at PwC and Mazars. Ines holds a BSc in Economics from Universidade Portucalense and an MSc in Investment and Risk Finance from the University of Westminster. She is fluent in Portuguese and English.
